Pauline “Bo” Haywood joined Raetz and Hawkins, P.C., in February 2009, became a Stockholder of the firm beginning January 2015, and is the current President of the firm. Her work focuses on tax services for individuals, estates and trusts, including estate administration, issue resolution with taxing authorities, as well as accounting support and tax services to small businesses, elder care accounting services for individual clients, and payroll work. Prior to joining Raetz and Hawkins, she was a small business owner and manager, which provided her with first-hand knowledge of many of the issues small businesses face. Prior to her work as a small business owner, Bo worked as a Senior Staff Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. The breadth of Bo’s experience and her ability to work with a diverse clientele makes her an excellent resource and advisor for clients and an invaluable asset to the firm. Bo finds the opportunity to work personally with clients to assist them with tax-related issues and concerns to be one of the most enjoyable and rewarding aspects of her job at Raetz and Hawkins. She is an advocate who truly cares about her clients.

Bo has been a member of the Lexington community since the summer of 2001. She has enjoyed volunteering and can often be found on the bleachers at a sporting event at one of the city’s public schools, which all four of her children have attended.
